Tab · Memberships

Memberships that run themselves. You teach.

Punch passes, monthly plans and drop ins, booked from a phone, renewed on their own and paid straight to you.

Renewals happen. You teach.

Passes count down, plans renew and cards that fail get tried again. Nobody at the front desk keeps a spreadsheet.

One pass, start to finish

Ten classes. Zero paperwork. Every punch counted.

The pass lives on the member's phone and in your system at the same time, so the count is always right.

  1. Bought in a minute

From your site or a link in a text. Card, bank or a phone wallet, paid to you that moment.

  2. Booked from a phone

Members pick a class and a spot. A full class takes a waitlist that fills itself.

  3. Punched at the door

Check in with a name or a tap. The count drops everywhere at once.

  4. A nudge at three left

A short text with the next class that fits their week. One reply books it.

  5. Renewed before it runs out

The last class offers the next pass. Most members say yes without being asked twice.

How they hear from you

Text or email. Their choice, one reply away.

Some members love a text. Some would rather read it later. Tab asks once, kindly, and remembers.

  • Reply Y for email. Texts stop, the same updates come by email from then on.
  • Reply STOP any time. Texts end at once, no questions, and their pass keeps working.
  • Switch back whenever. From the member's account or one reply to any email.

On its own

The front desk runs itself. You run the room.

RenewalsPlans that renew

Monthly, yearly or by the pass. Members are reminded before a charge, never surprised.

CardsFailed cards, retried

A declined card is tried again and the member gets a kind link to update it. No awkward call.

WaitlistA full class fills itself

Someone cancels, the next on the list gets a text and one reply takes the spot.

PauseFreeze for travel

Members pause a plan for a trip or an injury. The days are added back on their own.

IntroFirst week offers

A new face gets an intro week, then a friendly note at the end with the plan that fits.

The trail of one member
